Job Summary

You will join the Core Web team building new headless front-end. Working with two senior engineers, you will build pages and components for a first launch early next year, in an AI-first workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Build pages and reusable React/Next.js components for the new front-end

  • Turn designs into responsive, accessible UI

  • Connect components to headless CMS content and backend APIs

  • Write unit and component tests for your work

  • Take part in code reviews, planning and estimations

  • Deliver well-defined features independently from ticket to merged and tested code, raising blockers and asking questions when needed

  • Work AI-first with the enterprise AI tools AP provides, using AI assistants to support coding, refactoring, testing and debugging while reviewing their output critically

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of front-end engineering experience

  • Solid React experience

  • Practical Next.js experience in production, including having shipped at least one Next.js project and understanding SSR/SSG and routing basics

  • TypeScript

  • Consuming REST or GraphQL APIs

  • Responsive, accessible UI from design specs

  • Experience writing unit and component tests, ideally with Jest and React Testing Library

  • Real, regular use of AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT as part of recent development work

  • Headless CMS experience

  • Integration testing experience
