• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• More than 3 years of experience working in technology teams in various project/program roles.
• Able to develop collaborative relationships between teams, functions and individuals at all levels.
• Demonstrated ingenuity to establish priorities and propose new paths to achieve the desired results.
• Experience with agile/scrum processes (Scrum certification preferred)
• Consistent track record of success driving projects from inception to completion ending.
• Proven communicator with the ability to facilitate discussions toward goals shared.
• Experience creating robust presentations / product updates leadership in Google Slides / Powerpoint.
• Enthusiastic, full of positive energy and able to maintain grace, sense of humor and perspective under pressure.
