What are you going to do?
Our client is building the software that builds the world. They provide cloud-based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centers, airports, housing complexes, and more. They have worked hard to create and maintain a culture where you can own your work and are encouraged and given resources to try new ideas.
Our client is looking for a Senior Visual Designer. This is a unique and highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong Visual design experience in creating marketing materials, icons, presentations and elegant animations.
- Conceptualize and design high-quality marketing materials, including social media assets, presentations, and other visual content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing channels, ensuring brand coherence and a strong visual identity.
- Create engaging and informative infographics and diagrams that effectively communicate complex data and concepts.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interface elements, including icons, buttons, and other interactive components.
- Produce elegant animations that enhance the user experience and bring visual elements to life.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content writers, to ensure design solutions align with overall project goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously elevate the quality of visual output.
What will help you succeed
- 5+ years of professional experience in a visual design role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Exceptional understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and image composition principles.
- Proven ability to transform complex information into visually appealing and easily digestible formats.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work constructively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for design excellence and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
