Project Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The Onsite Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of promotions and content on Client's site experience. The successful candidate will pay close attention to detail, be highly effective at working cross-functionally with multiple teams, and proactively manage Minted's site experience's unstoppability and performance.

Responsabilities

  • Manage promotional code creation: create promo codes using the promotion tool for onsite, marketing channels, and other departments within the company.
  • Track promo codes in a centralized document.
  • Perform QA on a daily basis throughout the site. Check customer feedback and work with customer service to be aware of promo issues and problem solve.
  • Support and publish promotional messaging throughout the site
  • Publish online content including marketing promotions, banners, navigation, and merchandising content to the Minted website. Meet all deadlines and escalate potential issues as necessary.
  • Be proactive in understanding the promotional calendar and planning the publishing schedule for content on site.
  • Publish landing pages and content on site via CMS, and update pages as necessary based on campaign launches and business priorities.
  • Document changes on site and be able to reference past updates.
 
Requirements:
  • +2 years of experience publishing online marketing content including marketing promotions, banners, navigation, and merchandising
  • Experience creating promo codes using promotion tools and marketing channels
  • Experience publishing landing pages and content via CMS, and updating pages as necessary based on campaign launches and business priorities.
