&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Account Director&lt;/strong&gt; based in NYC to lead the growth of our U.S. business. You will be the face of Truelogic and our key client engagement leader in the region.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#39;ll Do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;As our senior client lead in the U.S., you will:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Manage and strengthen&lt;/strong&gt; key client relationships while &lt;strong&gt;identifying new business opportunities&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Be the go-to contact&lt;/strong&gt; for our clients, collaborating with Account Managers to set expectations and optimize opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lead proposals and pitch processes&lt;/strong&gt;, working closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and tech.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with our &lt;strong&gt;Customer Success&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Tech Teams&lt;/strong&gt; to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;?? Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with senior-level clients.&lt;br&gt;?? Identify new business opportunities and secure incremental revenue through strong relationship management.&lt;br&gt;?? Partner with the Head of Customer Success and Marketing Manager to shape outbound business strategy.&lt;br&gt;?? Lead the full business development process, from initial outreach to closing deals.&lt;br&gt;?? Evaluate creative and business potential for opportunities and provide clear recommendations.&lt;br&gt;?? Collaborate with agency leadership on opportunities that generate over &lt;strong&gt;$5MM&lt;/strong&gt; annually.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Experience in &lt;strong&gt;pipeline management&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;revenue forecasting&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capacity to &lt;strong&gt;spot opportunities&lt;/strong&gt; beyond assigned tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience in staffing or software development outsourcing models&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical background&lt;/strong&gt; in software engineering is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
